We recommend not drinking it too early or too late in the day. Ideally, wait 1–2 hours after waking up to let your body wake naturally. That way you also avoid afternoon crashes. It’s also important not to drink too late, as it can affect your sleep. In summary: it’s up to you! But we recommend 1–2 hours after you wake up, and no later than 6 hours before you go to bed.

With FUSE, you avoid hauling heavy aluminum cans by truck. The majority of emissions come from the manufacturing, transportation, cooling, and recycling of those aluminum cans, which are mostly water. By dissolving FUSE with tap water, you can cut carbon dioxide emissions by up to 90%.
